I agree with Ray, Rolf, and Chris- yes, the language of the eyes, the hands...- all the 'Zwischentöne"and what has to be read 'zwischen den Zeilen'! Your pic itself has also some "Zwischenräume" we have to fill...- if we are able- this kind of reading is often more difficult than the reading we learn at school!

Kathryn: Philline, hello! So often, I think there is a discrepancy, and a vast one, between the language of the mouth and the language of the heart and the soul. Add to the mix that we often don't say what we mean or mean what we say and it is a miracle that we communicate at all. Perhaps it is our common humanness that connects us in a way that allows us glimpses into the "Zwischentone."

I have been thinking of you for the last few days and hoping all is well with you. My mom is doing so-so. She will be done with radiation on Wednesday and begins IV chemo Monday. I am doing pretty well. Missing my home though.
