In Little Pieces
If I break it down, by closing the door and opening the window. It becomes shiny in little pieces.

Nice and simple and delicate.
Kathryn: thanks, Nig. Some times nice and simple is anything but!
Unusual composition. A buttercup saluting the sun!
Ingrid
Kathryn: yes she was saluting the sun!
Simply wonderful and delicate!
Kathryn: thank you, Richard..these tiny flowers are gifts.
very cute ...simple...subtle....
Kathryn: Sabrina..thanks kindly..she was a cute little flirt
beautiful, beautiful work Kathryn!
if i had to go all technical on you i'd complain of slight chromatic aberration
Kathryn: Gosh, Doc, I love it when you talk all technical and stuff. I makes me swoon, but err umm what is a chromatic aberration..slight or otherwise?
Beautifully simple picture Kathryn
Kathryn: Thanks, Bill. Nature is uncomplicated simplicity at its finest.
...what if you close the window
and open wide the door? Those scattered little pieces that are spread throughout the floor might turn again into a one big shiny smile...
Kathryn: if i build it up,
by closing the window and opening the door, it becomes lost in the big picture.
Shiny Kathryn, not half as much as my models face it seems lol, a fabulous artistic piece of vision Kathry
Kathryn: is shiny on a model's face such a bad thing, Tim? It sure looks nice on a flower!
Dichotomy in reflection.
The buttercup reaches for the sun. Beautiful.
Kathryn: The buttercup reaches for the sun--while the sun stretches out its arms to the buttercup.
Nice and simple... very soothing
Kathryn: Thanks, Mark--a soothing place where the buttercups grow next to the lake
But still whole...
Kathryn: the sum of the parts...the whole
Very nicely composed shot. The soft focus is lovely.
Kathryn: It felt soft there by the side of the pond....
Looks shy and tentative...peeking around the frame at the alien world beyond.
Kathryn: the alien world beyond....yup, Ray.
An extraordinary composition- yes, a shy flower which likes to hide in the cormer in order not to get pressed down, totally alone but you have protected it and saved and presented in its full beauty! And I admire this gentle flower! It may live in this way longer than in reality!
Kathryn: this gentle flower thanks you, Philine
here's a little bit on chromatic aberration
http://www.answers.com/main/ntquery?s=chromatic+aberration&gwp=13 cheers
Kathryn: Thanks so much, Doc I read it all. I guess it is a bad thing overall, but well maybe I like them *giggling*
Luminous - I love it!
Kathryn: Harry, if only you could have sat beside the pond as the sun sank lower toward the horizon and seen the luminance of that sweet little buttercup and her friend.
